In these uncertain times, it's important to do whatever we can to stay healthy. At least we're lucky that spring is upon us and we can open our windows to fresh air while we stay in. Now is also a great time to enjoy nature; I've been taking more walks and reminding myself to appreciate the little things. Flowers are blooming, my fruit trees are ripening, there's new life in nature to bring hope and joy.
