Lois has been a superb real estate agent, helping navigate and negotiate two purchases and a sale of an existing house. Always available, incredibly cooperative and willing to help us with the mundane, day-to-day questions that seem to come up. She has tremendous experience which is evident in the way she got us through the confusion of everything involved with a complex real estate transaction. The added bonus is that she lives in the neighborhood and understands the system extremely well and knows all the right tradespeople who address the little things that often come up during the inspection phase of the real estate deal. She has also become a dear friend and my wife and I really look forward to being able to spend time with her and her husband, Gary. You may certainly find other real estate agents, but NEVER will you find anyone better than Lois Berman!!
