Inventory is very low in Southern Arizona as it is for much of the country. All listings sell for the right price. Views and updates sell! If you do not have views or updates, your home will sell, for less money than if you did. You can not change the location, you can change the condition or the PRICE! It all comes down to PRICE. In this fast paced market, doing renovations before you list your home costs money, aggravtion and time. Save the money and just list it for less! Keep in mind someone else will do it, and pay for it.......Of course, you want your home to look its best when it goes on the mrket. Your home needs to win the price wars AND the beauty pageant! I also could use a HUG!
