How do you like our pergola? We were just notified TODAY by the company we hired on June 23, 2020 that after they dug the holes, had them inspected by our town, cemented the posts in our patio that the materials to build the pergola are not here and might not get here for a while. Due to COVID, they are not able to get Aluminum Products through the border of Mexico. Who would be PO like me for having them start the job and not knowing when the materials will be here? Words of caution*** do not order anything to be done to your home made of aluminum. This company pulled the wool over our eyes. I’m most disappointed they were not honest about the materials not being in or able to come in at this time. Poor customer service. Don’t get on my wrong side today!!!lol
