No matter how happy we may be - and let's face it, these days make it tough - we can always use more happiness in our lives. Interestingly enough, our minds actually produce chemicals that make us happy when we do certain activities.
I'm always bursting with love and happiness whenever I see my new granddaughter. She can bring joy to me even on the days when I'm feeling down. And I'm always so grateful to be living in Arizona, where the serotonin is flowing! Plenty of sun year-round, perfect for walking, biking, hiking and more. And when I'm actively doing those exercises, I'm also increasing my endorphins and even dopamine levels.
